“Me and my Family came to Big Daddy’s Bar B Que and the food is AWESOME!Our Waitress was awesome and very attentive to us. She told us her name several times but I’m terrible at remembering names, I wish I could remember it so I could recognize her. The entire staff was awesome. We will definitely be back!“

“It's one of my favorite places. I go here often, most recently I had the"seafood risotto" lunch special. It was not good at all. The risotto was so undercooked it was crunchy, and there was really no flavor. The "seafood" was two scallops and 4 shrimp. There were tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach. The portion was pretty small, and it was $24. I'm pretty sad about this experience“

“Great sitting at the count and watching cooks. Nice relaxing atmosphere and very nice staff. Definitely be back the next time we are in town. Nice beer & wine selection. Nicest restaurant we have been to in Alabama in the few years we have been coming here. Had venison and grouper.“

“We almost missed a most delicious meal because we were traveling through town and couldn’t find Snow Street!! But we are so glad we persevered and found Jasmine’s location. The sesame chicken and beef pad thai were very flavorful, every bite. Perfect really. The food and welcoming waitress reminded us of our favorite Chinese restaurant in our former hometown in Nebraska. Prices were very reasonable too. Thanks so much.“

“We were promptly shown to our seat and the chips and salsa were there by the time the waitress came to take our drink order. She was very helpful, nice and the food was amazing. There was a good portion of it plus it was tasty. We will definitely be coming back again soon!“

“Wonderful find as I was making my way from Birmingham to Atlanta. Anniston is a sweet small town just North of I-20. True Southern hospitality at work here. Wonderful historic building downtown. I had one of the many daily specials, chicken, greens, Mac&cheese, black eyed peas and cornbread. All prepared with love, like Grandma was in the kitchen.“

“When the waitress came over she said there would be 3 different waitresses waiting on our table. Needless to say we saw one waitress towards the end of our meal and she wasn't friendly at all. We had the buffet, but no one asked if we needed anything during our meal. My husband took the last drink of his tea and said he wasn't ashamed to go get the refill himself. I guess she overheard him and asked what he was drinking. The only time anyone came to the table. We didn't leave a tip either. We tip good service.“

“Love the story of this place. The owner gave us a historical recount of the property and it's transformation over the years. They host alot of community events as well. The shrimp and grits were delicious, though I'm used to a little firmer grits. The sauce was addictive. The also had low contry chicken as well. The home made banana pudding was also very crushable. The staff was very friendly but not the greatest at getting drinks in a timely manner.I would suggest in the future that they just automatically bring water out to start. We had 3 appetizers severed very quickly in about a 20min window but no beverages to wash them down. This seems a growing issue whenever I dine out anywhere lately not just at Hubbard's. I'm not sure if places are trying to wash less dishes or what but it definitely used to be more of a things pre covid. Places would just welcome you with water to start and now I feel like I have to beg for a drink.Hubbard's is definitely worth the stop and seems to be s great asset to the community. Also it is close to the sender of the Arts so it makes for a nice dinner and a show date night.“

“Jack's #159, located in Munford, Alabama, has utilized the effectiveness of well trained associates, placed with new hire associates, helping to compensate where new hires may be lacking, at the time. This is a credit to G.M. Ladricka Dorthard. Ms. Dorthard oils the machine and "controls the constant moving parts" to this machine, in order to make her store more profitable and well run. This takes a Special talent, along with patience. Ms Dorthard does this every day, and then goes home to continue being a Mother to her own kids and family, as well.Well Done, Ms. Ladricka.Parking: Every parking spot, has easy and quick entrance.“
