“Top of the River could very well be the best catfish in the state of Alabama. I have been all over the state from Florence to Mobile and Top of the river stands alone when it comes to catfish. Everything on the menu it's delicious and the steak is one of a kind. I'd give it 8 Stars if I could.“

Cindy always greets you at the door with a smile and a hello. all of the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable of the nenu and do a great job. ere food is delicious Their food is fresh and made to order, I have never had to wait long for my food. Their mixed drinks are always well made, and half off. it is definitely worth going you will not be disappointed.“

“We stopped at this spot on our way back home to GA. I will just say this is a place I’ll be coming back too just to enjoy some good BBQ. It’s cozy very small spot. The food is made to order. Portions are huge. You will not be disappointed.
Give them a try. I forgot to get pictures but this is the best BBQ Ive had in a long time.

“I've been going to the same location since I was about 5 years old. Regardless of when I go it's a fantastic experience every single time. They always seem to have great staff along with fantastic food that's just right on point and hits the spot. Highly recommend down your way up towards Oxford or if you just passing through the area in general.“

“2nd time coming here. The food is excellent. They have a huge menu to choose from. Saturday is very busy and the wait was long but worth it. Our waitress was great and very attentive and the food can out very quickly.“

“Came down from Indianapolis, Indiana for a visit with my parents. We enjoyed our dinner at Western Sizzlin. The steak was excellent (shout out to Chef David!!!) and better than steak we've had at some top steakhouses in Indianapolis! Head on over to Western Sizzlin and enjoy some steak strips with your buffet meal! Great pot roast too!!!“

“I have to brag on the gentleman that worked as a manager last night. I had a horrible headache. I got upset that I was having to wait on my food more than I thought I should. It’s probably the headache getting the better of me, but this gentleman came out with a big smile on his face and was so sweet And even walked my food out to me because he knew I had a headache thank you so much. I highly recommend the new management staff and Cracker Barrel in Oxford.“

“While it does seem like the wait staff try and push people out the door as quickly as possible that's probably because the place is always busy. Despite that, I've yet to have a bad experience. The food tastes better than it normally does at other locations and the drinks are wonderful like they should be. Maybe just a bit of a less rushed atmosphere from the staff and this would be an easy 5 stars.“

“Everything was amazing. I got the all you can eat boneless wings, ribs, and shrimp and everything came out delicious. Our waitress Braelyn was very attentive and kind to us the entire time we were there. The atmosphere was very good and the place was super clean top to bottom.“

“It may not look like much from the outside but it's what's inside that counts! We drive here from Argo, Al because it is absolutely worth it! Not only is everyone friendly and courteous, the food is outstanding! One of those places that you don't hear about unless you are local but deserves way more attention!“
