43 Prime used to be our favorite place to eat. We would frequently eat there, on average 2-3 times a month. The cheese sticks, best ever made. But in the last 3-4 visits, the steaks were over cooked and came out cold. Hair was found in our food as well. New cook possibly? Maybe. But it will be a long time before we go back.
My family went tonight due to kids eat free. Ordered our food, ate, and everything was ok. Got our check and I noticed one of two kids meals was not free (we also ordered 2 adult entrees). Server said that the kids steak wasn’t free now and that it was something new and he forgot to tell us…. I told him then we would have ordered something else if we had only known. First time coming here and it was EXCELLENT!!!! Very very good. The service was EXCELLENT. The portions were extremely satisfying for the price. Cocktails were delicious and strong. We had the Ribeye, Burger, Wings, Fried Green Tomatoes and Bread Pudding… EVERY SINGLE BITE AMAZING all the way down to the broccoli!
