“We love this dominos! The employees are so nice, the food is always fantastic, and their service is excellent!

Vegetarian options: Pizza with all the veggies but no meat. My favorite is thin crust with onions, bell pepper, black olives, and mushrooms!“

“Food always great! The staff always seem at this location to be a bit rushed. Even when no crowd they are kind of like “deer in headlights” almost like they forget to be welcoming and friendly. People love this place and if the staff understood how a little “how are you” and “come again” might make all the difference. But anyhow, the food is great.“

“Not sure why the reviews are so bad, but I suppose everyone's experience is different. My dad and I have visited this location quite a few times (always dine-in) and we always have a good experience. The wait time can vary a little, this time we waited around 20 minutes for our food which isn't really ideal but we didn't mind. The food is always amazing and we've never had any problems with the staff besides the cashier maybe forgetting something here and there.“

“Most of the time, Papa John’s delivers exactly what I expect—hot, flavorful, and fresh. But on this particular night, the pizza was off. The dough was chewy and dense, not soft or fluffy like I’m used to. The overall texture felt like it had been sitting too long before baking or wasn’t made with the usual care. Disappointing, especially when you’re craving that signature Papa John’s bite.

That said, I called in and followed up with the online survey. The customer service response was solid. The manager reached out personally and agreed to remake the entire order at no charge. That’s how you restore trust—with quick, no-hassle accountability and professionalism.

I’m grateful for the resolution and the fact that they didn’t try to argue or shift blame. Things happen, but their customer care showed me why I keep returning.

“Can definitely tell a difference in management, a lot of changes and store is a lot cleaner too. Food is fresher I don’t know if they got a different oil or what but it’s cooked better. Lobby is always full I love how family friendly they are. Not many places like that around anymore.“

“Stopped in Nortport Popeyes on the way out of town. We had the best service ever from a fast food restaurant. Young lady took care of us even after we got to our table. Was so good we tipped her $5. I only wish we would have gotten her name to share.
