I was given a ton of gift cards so my wife and I have been coming here about every other week for a couple months. Every time I come in, the staff seems to be dealing with the rudest customers and always handle it extremely well. We just picked up food on a Friday night and it was busier than ever. Based on the reviews, Wingstop offers delicious food, including wings and fries that are hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The ranch is a favorite, though there was a mix-up where a customer paid for extra ranch but received blue cheese instead. The customer service is a standout, with staff described as friendly, sweet, and hospitable. They handle rude customers extremely well and work hard, taking orders and cooking. The atmosphere is peaceful, the vibe is nice, and the restaurant is clean and organized. Service is fast, with one order coming out in 5 minutes. While most visits are great, one issue involved a mix-up with ranch and blue cheese labeling. Overall, the team is well done, and customers recommend the restaurant 10/10.
