The customer service was absolutely horrendous! I encountered issues with my order, I asked for the manager which was a younger lady. She was extremely rude and refuse to disclose her name, stating nothing would happen to her because the location is franchise owned by her family.

I loved their pizza. I was very sad to see they aren't in Tuscaloosa Taylorsville and Hillcrest anymore. I wished they reopened it back. from Moundville to Northport is a long drive for pizza.
