I go by every other day to get a chicken breast. Always an issue. they don't have one or they give me a thigh thinking I want notice or somethings it's a breast but it so over cooked you can't eat it.
yall service has gone down hill , gave me 12 fries with my 4 peace chicken stack , and then get mad because I asked about sauce you offered the sauce and I told you I would like a Buffalo and ranch then you leave it out and when I asked about it you look at me like I am bothering you. they need all new people or retrain current staff. over the pass year it truly gone down hill.
I have a love/hate with this jacks, the food always tastes great. When they get your order right lol. Whether there is a lunch rush, or you’re the only car there, they never ever get the mobile orders right. 🥲🤣
