Staff is always so pleasant. Food is typically fresh and they will fix it if it's not to your liking. Milkshakes are superb.

Jack's Family Restaurant has a newly remodeled building that looks great, but cleanliness issues exist with dirty liquid leaking from vents. The food is decent at times but service is friendly. Vegetarian options are limited. Bathrooms are a concern due to poor cleanliness. The restaurant has a kid-friendly atmosphere and offers convenient parking for trucks. Overall, it's a typical fast food experience with a friendly staff.
