“Food always comes out quick and I can tell they're trying to take extra care lately. The staff here is usually very friendly, and placing an order online is usually done a few minutes quicker than the projected completion time. Both people I interacted with at my last visit were very nice and greeted me immediately when walking in. Only critique is some music or something to change the energy when walking in/waiting☺They arent upset and don't give me attitude if I walk in before the order is done which is nice when I don't want to wait in my car.

“Jacks has always been a go-to for me, but lately I’ve noticed the food quality just hasn’t been as consistent. It’s not only this location either — I’ve seen the same thing at several Jacks locations over the last couple of months while traveling. On the positive side, the customer service here was great, and the food was delivered quickly. I’m hoping the overall quality improves, because the service side of it is still doing a good job.“

“Update: yesterday was much better, they handled our large group of 59 students and chaperones with as much speed and polite kindness as possible, in my opinion.

Sure beats my last visit: Slowest location I've ever been to, 23 minutes from getting in line (Drive-Thru) to receiving our little order. We three ordered 3 things in total, all regular without alterations. There were 7 cars in the two DT lanes, including around the bend, 3 had already ordered.“

“I went for breakfast on August 10 at 9:32 AM through the drive-through. A young girl took my order and was very helpful. She was so happy and upbeat. She genuinely seemed happy to be there, and her personality shines! I believe her name was ELLIS“

“I had a wonderful experience at my local Leeds Captain D's. The drive-thru worker Sharonda went above and beyond to meet my needs and make my experience there extra hospitable. Even as she was multitasking and taking care of multiple orders she made sure I didn't feel neglected. And she did all this with a beautiful smile on her face. With the experience she provided for me I will definitely be coming back. Give that girl a raise!“

“I will certainly be visiting this Burger King again when i'm in the area! Being here is like a blast from the past. The outdoor area remains untouched by modernity and is the perfect area for kids to play. The staff are incredibly kind (one lady walked my food outside because i had my hands full with my four kids), the food is reasonably priced (four of us ate for less than $20), and the environment is welcoming. Can't wait to return when we are at the lake again!“

“The best thing is the fresh Milo’s Tea on tap! The food was fresh and tasty. The burgers are cooked perfectly. The chicken tenders, nuggets, and sandwich have a good taste and flavor to them. They are freshly made and have good breading. The fries are amazing, especially with the double-o sauce! The service was quick, employees were friendly, and the restaurant was clean inside and out. Definitely recommend!“

“So I went in at night time last week, and got a bowl per usual. The steak portion I got was barely any and it was served to me while the pan was outside of the dogwell, so I had to ask homegirl if the steak was cold, but it wasn't. I just didn't get much in my bowl, and I got hella beans and lettuce. Today, I go in and order - right - and I asked for queso and sour cream, and green salsa. The guy literally gave me all water - no tomatillos. So I asked him to make it over and it was almost foreign to them. I get the bowl is going to be messy, but if they wouldn't spoon all that rice in the bottom, then there would be room. I had to instruct homeboy to strain my beans, and tell him to pick up the salsa from the bottom of the pan with the ladle so I don't get just juices.
I'm sorry to have such bad anxiety, I just know I won't eat something I watched someone make wrong or carelessly nor can I afford a $20 mess. It's good tho. Thankfully the hardest part is left to chefs at Chipotle“

“I’m not a McDonald’s fan, but on a few occasions I will let my little one get a happy meal. She was begging to stop, so we stopped in Leeds. It was around 3:40 today, 4/17/23. The two ladies that helped me were SO pleasant, welcoming, and just made the atmosphere so relaxing overall. The cashier was just as friendly and really wanted to help me redeem a reward I had and the lady brought me my food while I was fixing drinks. Good job ladies, thank you. Also to note the restaurant was impeccably clean, and so well organized. Honestly I’ve never seen a McDonald’s that was. So triple thumbs up from me! “This McDonald's right now is awesome! It's been hit or miss in past years but 2025/2026 the last few months its so good!! The food is always HOT and fresh and so good! Mgmt right now well done and keep it up....pls. in the drive thru if I have to pull over for a couple minutes for great food I will! This location has been bad in the past so hoping it stays like it is now! They also finally renovated the parking lot and has two drive thru lines now which has helped.“
