Parking: Nice spot for parking a lot of room and easy to get into from road and easy to get back into the main. Road .

Kid-friendliness: Yes kids love this place.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have it fixed for anybody with any walking or mobility chairs or anything they could possibly have to assist them with getting around its possible for them to park close and shop inside or at dive through by calling your order in and they will bring it out to you or deliver.”

“We started going to Licken Good Donut over two years ago. We've been to four different ones. The one in Alexandria was the first one we tried. It is rather disappointing that the price of the donuts have gone up, but the size has diminished to about 75%. It appears that this has happened only in Alexandria whereas Centre and Fort Payne continue to offer the same size.”

“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)”

“The sandwiches are average Subway sandwiches— if you order them in person, they make them exactly the way you want them.the employees are fantastic. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone who works there. They always go out of their way and are so friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean as well.”

“I ordered a pretzel online from the Subway in Glencoe, for whatever reason they couldn't make one. So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!”

“Me and the wife stopped there when we left our daughter’s house heading home. Man they have come out with a rib sandwich that is awesome. And I don’t know why, but I always loved that Mc rib sandwich with extra onions and pickles from McDonald’s. Oh man, that’s some good stuff right there. Like I said, I don’t know why I like them because I know it’s processed meat, but it’s still good. but let me tell y’all something, Jack’s has come out with the same sandwich and that restaurant right there, them people know how to hook it up. I should’ve got pictures of it, but I asked to buy one of their rib sandwiches with extra onions and pickles and they hooked me up. I’m telling y’all go try that rib sandwich from Jack’s, and Jack’s don’t make this make this rib sandwich seasonal like McDonald’s does. That thing needs to be there year-round. That’s my opinion. I hope y’all enjoy it, and for the ones that don’t you know you can take a long walk off a short bridge.”

“We came to this location after a football game nearby. The drive thru was busy but the inside was dead. It took a while for someone to come and take our order on counter but they finally did. Noticed food was taking longer than expected with nobody else being in the dining room. After about 20 minutes I started to get up and heard Phoebe ask if the front counter order had gone out. Which was a no. Phoebe then apologized and told me the food would be out immediately. After a few minute wait Phoebe personally brought the food to the table and once again apologized then ran to grab utensils and sauces so we didn’t have to get up. Pies were included as an apology for the time it took the food to be brought out. Phoebe looked to be about the only one worried about what was going on in the store. Great customer service from Phoebe!”
