“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“We came to this location after a football game nearby. The drive thru was busy but the inside was dead. It took a while for someone to come and take our order on counter but they finally did. Noticed food was taking longer than expected with nobody else being in the dining room. After about 20 minutes I started to get up and heard Phoebe ask if the front counter order had gone out. Which was a no. Phoebe then apologized and told me the food would be out immediately. After a few minute wait Phoebe personally brought the food to the table and once again apologized then ran to grab utensils and sauces so we didn’t have to get up. Pies were included as an apology for the time it took the food to be brought out. Phoebe looked to be about the only one worried about what was going on in the store. Great customer service from Phoebe!“

“Me and the wife stopped there when we left our daughter’s house heading home. Man they have come out with a rib sandwich that is awesome. And I don’t know why, but I always loved that Mc rib sandwich with extra onions and pickles from McDonald’s. Oh man, that’s some good stuff right there. Like I said, I don’t know why I like them because I know it’s processed meat, but it’s still good. but let me tell y’all something, Jack’s has come out with the same sandwich and that restaurant right there, them people know how to hook it up. I should’ve got pictures of it, but I asked to buy one of their rib sandwiches with extra onions and pickles and they hooked me up. I’m telling y’all go try that rib sandwich from Jack’s, and Jack’s don’t make this make this rib sandwich seasonal like McDonald’s does. That thing needs to be there year-round. That’s my opinion. I hope y’all enjoy it, and for the ones that don’t you know you can take a long walk off a short bridge.“
