Apparently the employees only care about themselves. It’s so cold in here that people are trying to bundle up and there are kids in here. People are shivering it’s so cold! I requested someone turn the air up so it’s not so cold and we were literally told no! Absolutely ridiculous! Your customers and children at that should not have to freeze to death!!!!!
