Asked Dasher driver to make sure shakes were full because the last three times I ordered shakes they were 3/4 full. Same thing this time. Dasher asked to make sure they got full and employee stated they are as full as they are going to be. Great shakes but would like to get what I paid for. Service is horrible. This was the last time I eat at Jack's in Opp Al. Andalusia AL has better service and shakes are made the same (full) every time. Tried posting picture of shakes but can't...read full review
This location epitomizes poor management. Coke and Diet Coke are routinely unavailable. As I looked around I could see many French fries and tots on the floor under the fryer. An employee who worked the drive thru window could be heard, by myself and other customers, griping about a drive thru customer. The walk-in entrance had trash mixed in with the landscape mulch.
You are allowing a new restaurant to become another pig sty.

I went through the drive thru today to order a milkshake for my 18 month old niece. 2 of the employees teamed up to put pubic hair in it & cut the bottom of the cup with a knife! absolutely disgusted with this place & the workers! we go over & beyond for our babies. this left one family very pissed off. i hope it was worth your job & an assault charge. won’t be back & don’t recommend!!!!!!
