“I normally don't write Google Reviews, so for me to do this the location must have impressed me. The atmosphere was inviting and fun. The servers were SO friendly, courteous, and happy! Our guests ordered the potstickers and a pizza. We had the chicken sandwich and the burger (from lunch menu). All came out in a timely manner and tasted wonderful! We definitely plan to come back to enjoy a beer and try some more of their delectables!“

“Grabbed 4 plates of hamburger steaks with potatoes and green beans 3 with mushroom gravy. 1 with plain gravy on the side. Slight misunderstanding and the gravy was covering the food so the 9 year old wouldn't touch any of it. The rest of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Great portions friendly folks and quick service. The food truck is easy to get to and situated in a good location. Will definitely be back for more.“

Jessie is a breath of fresh air. She runs the restaurant extremely well. Not only does she have strong managerial skills, but she always remembers our names and asks about our babies. ☺️ She really makes the place special.“

“This place! After dealing with delayed flight after delayed flight, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the time we got out of our car. From the valet to the front desk team to Joanne at Basket & Able. We especially enjoyed the taco and margarita special. The tacos were delicious and the margaritas were out of this world. “Hidden gem! Chicken was amazing and I loved the cheese curds as well. Didn’t love the fries. Didn’t love the marinara that comes with cheese curds. The ranch and honey mustard were great. My fiancé loved his mild buffalo wings. We can go watch the game and it was a great experience and we ordered some drinks. I will say the food is expensive so I split a meal with my friend. But it was a huge portion and plenty for both of us and the chicken was so fresh. This place is located in the back of the alley to the left of Sammy T’s.“

The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. “This was our first time to eat at Char's, we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Everything was outstanding from our server, the atmosphere and the food. We had prime rib and a filet and both meals were delicious. The pecan pie for our dessert was fantastic. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Char's.“
