Jessie is a breath of fresh air. She runs the restaurant extremely well. Not only does she have strong managerial skills, but she always remembers our names and asks about our babies. ☺️ She really makes the place special.“

“Possibly the best small bar in Huntsville for a number of good reasons. If it an upcoming musician looking to break into the live music part of ur career this is the perfect place to start. Come by Thursday nights for open mic night. The staff will make u feel well invited with their bomb personalities, the other musicians (extremely talented) are humble and down to earth, and the crowd is just a group of good people looking to hear some good music at a good bar so u have nothing to be nervous about. I'd give it a 20/10 in a heartbeat 👊🖐️“

“The hostesses may need a little more training. It's a high end establishment so telling customers about wait times when it's clear there are vacant tables isn't a good look. I requested a booth and was told they didn't have any...... waited and once we walked to the back I saw 2 available booths. Mr. Michael was AMAZING!!! He was definitely visible and attempted to make sure business flowed smoothly. The food was great. Makenzie was super sweet and helpful.“

“Hidden gem! Chicken was amazing and I loved the cheese curds as well. Didn’t love the fries. Didn’t love the marinara that comes with cheese curds. The ranch and honey mustard were great. My fiancé loved his mild buffalo wings. We can go watch the game and it was a great experience and we ordered some drinks. I will say the food is expensive so I split a meal with my friend. But it was a huge portion and plenty for both of us and the chicken was so fresh. This place is located in the back of the alley to the left of Sammy T’s.“

The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner.
