“We visited Chick-fil-A for the very first time today; as German travelers, we wanted to give it a try. And what can I say—it was a very positive experience. The staff were extremely friendly—especially Lily and her colleague. They took the time to explain everything to us. The chicken was fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I wish we had something this delicious in Germany. We will definitely be back at a Chick-fil-A restaurant!“

“My mom and I brought my five young children to this location tonight for a quick, good bite of food before heading to a sporting event.
My kids were in rare form (not in a good way) and the young man working the counter and the woman bringing us our food were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to simply be kind when I was clearly doing my best to manage the range of behaviors happening.
I am grateful for their kindness and the food was delicious as always!“

“This review is a little late but me and a friend came to this location on 8/10/26 probably 4 minutes before the store closed. The two young ladies at the register were nice, patient with us, and had great customer service. Maaannn we was laughing so hard in there lol good vibes. You can tell they really love their jobs. Hope they continue to keep a smile on their faces 💕“

“Our recent experience totally restored our satisfaction with the south parkway Zaxby’s after slow experiences a couple years ago. Pickup was a breeze. I arrived early for my online order and general manager Antonietta greeted me super friendly. She even accelerated my order ahead of drivethru once I arrived. I had made some meal changes and they got everything right, no mistakes, full napkins/plasticware/straws everything. Food was still fresh and hot when I got home. Will be going back soon!“

“Love this Chick-fil-A! We have eaten here many times and used their curbside pickup a lot over the years. It's always great!“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. Kindness goes a long way for the little ones, they remember the small stuff. Thank you Bailey for being awesome!“

“This is the first chic fil a I've ever gone to and had to physically wait over 5 minutes once getting to the front. Your usually in and out no matter if the line is wrapped around the store. I only ordered a bowl with yogurt as the side.“
