Our chicken looked like it had been cooing all day, and we were missing multiple sides. We tried to call to let them know, and they didn't answer their phone. We finally got ahold of someone at corporate. They took our complaint and told us that either the owner of the store would call us or a higher manager. This was days ago, and we have yet to hear from anyone.

Outside the restaurant there is a terrible bad smell and it is from grease and chicken, there is no hygiene, the stench is horrible, where you should feel a pleasant smell of fried chicken, good food smells good, but here it is the opposite stinky, a single bathroom and they close it to clean and take an afternoon, they must change the work staff
Haven’t had good chicken here in a long time. Once again the chicken was not fresh, very greasy from being held so long & evidently the oil has not been changed in a long time as it had that unmistakable taste of old oil. I was the only customer in the place and there was not a single clean table.

Stop in at KFC CAHABA RD. WAS 10:30 in morning store was closed ask manager when they would open His reply was When he gets ready too.Its always like this when I come into this location. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. They honestly don’t even deserve the one star. If the goal is to make sure customers don't return, they have succeeded because I definitely won’t be.

I placed a small order through their app an hour before they closed. I arrived and walked in to pick up my order (50 mins before they closed) and they asked me how I got in there (I pointed to the door and said "that door"), told me the lobby was closed and to go through the drive thru. I went back to my vehicle and went through the drive thru. They have me pull up to the window and then tell me that they don't have any of what I ordered available and the order will be refunded. They had the place almost completely shut down for the night with almost an hour left of business hours. How did they have no chicken tenders available and no chicken for a sandwich? They also never offered replacements or anything. Just a simple, "it'll be refunded". Like cool, I'll get my money back but what in the world?!

Called the store at 5:03pm 10/10/23...don't know who was on the phone but it's Veterans Day and online it says that KFC might close early so I call to see if they are and some guy answers and says nothing I say hello he's literally only says "KFC" I asked him if they close early and he said rudely we close at 9 everyday everyone knows that and then hung up on me...never been to the location definitely not going know if this is who y'all employ

The wait is horrible they tell you 16mins you will end up waiting 30, they tell you they have hot sauce once you pay and get you food they are out of hot sauce both of the female workers act like they don’t wanna be at work and are rude act like they have never had a customer service job. A family came in after me and was ignored , If you can’t handle customer service look for a new job. This KFC has always been horrible can’t believe I wasted my money again here.
