They were very nice and accommodating. Beautiful tables and chairs. And the food was really good.

Jessica our waitress was amazing! She was so sweet, and helpful. The food was delicious. I had the Ribeye, and my daughter had the Salisbury steak. The mango and wild berry lemonade was refreshing. Thanks for making our visit a memorable one.

So much better than the one in Bessemer! My chicken was juicy and tender. The salad bar was super fresh and had plenty of everything. Nothing was empty. Our waitress was very nice and checked up on us plenty. Even a few people checked up on hs as they were walking around cleaning. Again, never happens at the bessemer location. Was well worth the drive to Pelham! :)

I visited this restaurant on Monday. My friend ordered the salmon. I ordered the bacon chicken. Today i called off sick thinking I had a virus. Just for my friend to text me she had gotten sick yesterday. Called and talk to a manager, he was of no help. Told me to call back when the manager who was on duty that night gets there. This is my 2nd bad experience with 2 separate Ruby Tuesdays

The absolute WORST! I wish I could give negative stars. No management. No training. Carefree staff. I watched them walk by food sitting under heat lamps for 40 minutes. And then try to serve it to people... Including me. No respect for their customers. Do not eat here if you value an eating experience in any way...

There was a problem with our waitress not coming back to the table. But the managers went above and beyond to fix the problem. Both managers came to the table to apologize we were giving free desserts and 15% off our bill. A lot of places just don't care anymore. But the managers and the waitress did a great job fixing their mistake.
Waited for 1.5 hrs for food and finally left. Complained to manager who really didn't care. We were only one couple that complained out of many. The worst service l have ever seen.

I came here last weekend to pick up a Tue Go order I placed online. I ordered a Smokehouse burger with a side of tots. I walk in during lunch, the restaurant is spacious with plenty of parking, even parking upfront designed for Tue Go orders. I walk inside, and they immediately have my order ready for me. I only had to sit at the bar a few seconds which I normally wouldn't mind, but their bar chairs aren't comfortable. They retract and are so close to each other. I can't imagine what it would be like sitting there in a room full of people and trying to breathe. The entire staff was extremely friendly, probably the nicest group of people working in the service industry I've seen in a while. As for the food....I ordered the smokehouse burger. So delicious...the bacon, the cheese...the onion rings...I found my go to burger here for sure. I ordered it without raw onions, and they were added on so I had to take 1 star off just for attention to detail. I got tater tots as my side, and they were delicious. Just the right amount of salt and perfectly crisp. This was definitely the best Ruby Tuesday I've been to in a while, and I'll definitely be back when I'm in the Pelham area.

We stopped for lunch at this Ruby Tuesday on our way home from Gulf Shores. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and our server was outstanding. My wife and I both ordered the salad bar. The salad bar was very well stocked and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I saw staff cleaning and straightening the salad bar items several times while we were eating. We have eaten at many Ruby Tuesday locations because the salad bar and food items they prepare are always fresh and very good each time. We have also found the service is always exceptional. I highly recommend if you live in the Pelham, Alabama area or are traveling along I65, please stop in this Ruby Tuesday location.

Very disappointing visit. Terribly long wait just for drinks and to take our order even though we told our waitress that we had an engagement to get to. Over an hour wait to get our food. We finally told her to bring it out as it came up. Ironically the three grilled salmon dinners were the last to come out. Clearly understaffed and we had to continually go to the bar to inquire as to the status and delays etc...Food just ok. The manager finally came over at the end but offered no apology or explanation. Needless to say we will not be going back.

My boyfriend and I decided to get Ruby Tuesday's an hour or so before the hockey game that night. They were maybe 5 or 6 other tables of 3-4 people at most so we thought it would be fine. We were seated and it took 10 minutes before we even got asked what we wanted to drink. Ebony was our waitress and said she'd come take our drink order and it ended up being so long someone else finally came and took it. All we ordered was the salad bar, soup and a burger and although the food was subpar, the service was awful. Too slow and perceived to be annoyed to be at work. Will not be returning to this location or the restaurant at all.
