First of all, shoutout to Mr. Philip and Katelyn — I’m pretty sure they’re running the place like a Chick-fil-A undercover operation because the kindness was unreal. Like… suspiciously nice. Are y’all okay?? 😂
We had a little “uh-oh” moment with the app (technology doing what technology does best), and not only was it handled with total grace, but Mr. Philip went full superhero mode and offered my daughter a small ice cream. Just because. No attitude, no stress — just pure “we got you” energy. Elijah was so kind, and when my daughter freaked out about the ketchup, SHE decided to put on her toy- he went and got her a new toy.
Meanwhile… my toddler was in the backseat absolutely soaking their rocks in milk like it was a full-blown science experiment. And not once did anyone make us feel like those customers. If anything, they matched her energy and kept her happy — which, if you have a toddler, you know is basically crisis management at a professional level.
It’s rare to find genuinely kind people anywhere these days, let alone during a fast-food run. But this crew? Top tier humans.
