We stopped at the Krystal in phoenix city yesterday. It was 1:00. We went inside. There were no customers in the dining room and no customers in line. We ordered and sat down. After 5 minutes, we walked up to counter and one of the employees asked us could they help us. They acted like they were confused about why we were there. After 11 minutes since we ordered. I walked back up to counter and they still didn’t understand what we wanted. So, I said just give us our money back...read full review
