Usually I don’t have any issues out of any Marco’s but this particular incident really blew me. I ordered a pizzoli and an italian chef salad to be delivered. Now I usually don’t do salads from a pizza place, but I have ordered a salad from this location before and it was perfect. This is my third time completing an online order that was completely wrong. On all my previous wrong orders, I would call, notify them of the problem, and go back to get whatever they have forgot or messed up. Today, I'm over it completely. I called to let them know that my soda was missing. It was no concern, no apology, or care in the world. My very first order was cinnasquares with no spread.
