“I recently visited LongHorn Steakhouse and wanted to recognize Kenya for the incredible service she provided. I recently lost my wife, and this has been an extremely difficult season of life. Going out to dinner hasn’t been easy, but Kenya made the experience so much more meaningful than she probably realizes.
She was attentive, warm, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. Beyond making sure everything was perfect with our meal, she took the time to connect with us on a personal level and showed such sincere kindness and compassion. Her thoughtful words and caring attitude brought comfort during a time when I’ve needed it most.
The food was great, but what I’ll remember most is how Kenya made me feel seen and cared for. In a world where genuine kindness can be hard to find, she went above and beyond to make our evening special. LongHorn is lucky to have someone like her on their team. “I ordered carry out. The online ordering process was very easy. Once I arrived, the check-in process was so simple and my order was delivered to my car right away. Such a quick and easy service and of course the food was good! Our steaks were cooked to perfection!“
