“Great little restaurant located in downtown Haleyville. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich and plate. Both very good. Husband also ordered a cherry cream pie—excellent, homemade by the owners. Our two lunches, one drink and a dessert only cost twelve dollars and some change. We will be back.”

“We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Everything was delicious! I mean flat out GOOD. The slaw was fresh and the perfect accompaniment to the crispy fried chicken livers. The fries were just as we requested, extra brown and crispy. Absolutely thankful that Pam and her Hubby and family are keeping this place going!!!

“What can I say? The food is great and reasonably priced. Proportions is good also. All around, win / win. The lunch buffet is a bargain at $9 a person! The buffet includes drink and dessert as well.”

“The Grind has always been my go to place for coffee but I recently started to try their food & it is so good!! 10/10. the staff is always friendly BUT I went through the drive thru with my pup & they DO NOT OFFER PUP CUPS. not a big deal but usually most coffee shops offer this option. I wouldn’t even mind paying for a pup cup but it was not possible. If the Grind can allow for pup cups my rating would be a 5 Stars.”

“The inside is closed for repairs and I had 2 orders to place and was told I can only do one order per car. And when i tried to add a burger at the window for my 2 year old, I was told I'd have to go back around to the speaker to order it even tho she was the one taking orders. The food was cold and over half of the fries was poured out in the bag. I'm talking 3 order of fries and they spilled half of each one as they put it in the bag. It's like they all hated being alive 9-27-24
