Amazing service and fresh food
Me and my roomie love eating here at this particular restaurant. We're always treated with a smile and our food is always excellent.

Based on the reviews, Jack's Family Restaurant in Piedmont is a great place for a meal. The employees are friendly and helpful, providing good service and tasty food. The morning shift has nice people taking orders, and the night shift is also good. The food is always delicious, and the service is fast. The restaurant has a good management team. However, there is an abundance of flies that needs to be looked at. Also, the Jack's Rewards system can be difficult, as some receipts cannot be scanned. If an item is left off an order, showing the receipt will fix the confusion. Sometimes the cream cheese strawberry pie is forgotten or replaced with an apple. The strawberry pie is a treat that should be tried. Overall, this location is the best Jack's, with wonderful experiences and top notch food quality.
