“I just left that location about 30 minutes ago. So lets talk about Cassandra! She is a REAL OLE SCHOOL SERVER! she went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was great. Her Customer service was OUTSTANDING. Cassandra you are A-1!!!!!!“

“We go to the Zelda Road First Watch as often as possible, and yesterday was one of the days. The food, staff, and management are all exceptional. May have to wait a bit before being seated, but oh, so worth it! Just bring one to Prattville so we can frequent more than once a week.“

“The Eastchase location lost my business. I have been going just about every Sunday for the past year. Today was it we got half our order and they kept coming back saying they were behind. Saw many tables getting up and leaving without getting their food or getting part of their food order. Took 15 minutes of standing at the counter to pay and finally to get the attention of the manager who only cared about seating people instead of providing service to customers. His only excuse was they had a lot of problems. It's terrible when the servers walk around apologizing for the wait when the kitchen won't get the food out because the manager is seating more people than can be handled. My wife never did get her meal.“

Then, once I sat down I was immediately greeted by an employee named Jay and his attitude and approach was extremely welcoming and vibrant. So much so that I felt I had to leave a review because of the great customer service he provided. I have not seen nor been to a Waffle House this clean and with an employee willing to help so welcomingly. Jay is the standard for all employees to follow and he deserves the upmost recognition for his efforts.“
