I went by there fairly late last night and originally placed an order from my mobile app. It would not go through, so I asked the lady at the drive through if she knew why. She sweetly told me to pull up and she could probably help me with it. I was ordering the dozen of mixed donuts that I chose, but they were out of 1 of the donut choices and that is why it would not allow me to order. I typically frequent the location on Chantilly, but I was in the area and ordered for the very first time from the app for an iced espresso from this location. I made a user error on the app and ordered the wrong thing and when I inquired, the barista fixed it for me with no questions asked and no extra charge. The place was absolutely slammed, and she made me feel like I deserved the right order even though it was a user error. 10 out of 10 recommend!“

The cup size has shrunk, the prices are higher, and the coffee flavor has changed. Whatever changes were implemented need to be changed back.“
