Being as though, I would of thought that a manager would of came to our party and explained the delayed entrees but that didn't happen. Neithertheless, less, the girls enjoyed it“

“My family and I went here for lunch. We arrived here after going to another unwelcoming pizza place. Our server, William, was very kind and patient. He communicated well with us about menu items and the kitchen's timeliness. Our food arrived at the table in a reasonable time, and everyone’s food was delicious. I tried the pasta of the day, and I would absolutely ask for it again. My husband and I value spending our money in a place that serves our family well, along with great food and atmosphere. “From the start, the person working the drive thru wasn't friendly, or professional. Said it would be a few minutes. When we got our order, she didn't say thank you, or acted like she appreciated our business. Once we got home, the pizza was OK. But our desert was wrong. This isn't the first time we have had issues here. It's not always like this, but it really makes me want to go somewhere else.“

“Hi, my name is Jessica and I order from this location a lot. Never had a problem until like a week ago. I called to speak to the store manager about an order that wasn't correctly made. He was unavailable. That was 2 days in a row. I went up there on that 3rd day and he still was unavailable. However, there is a gentleman that is always there when I go. Tall, long hair (dreads maybe) if memory serves me right I think his name is Kelvin (Kalvin/Calvin) something like that. Anywho, he apologized for the absent of the manager and for my order being made wrong. He corrected the order with no hesitation. He was very polite. I don't know what his title is within the company but he deserves a raise. (Maybe he should be the manager.“

“I visit the drive thru every one in a while for the lunch combo and it's usually the same faces that take my order. They're kind and respectful of your time. Plain ol' decent people. And the pizza is always hot and delicious.“

“On an incredibly busy Tuesday, someone in the kitchen made a small mistake on my order. The kind of mistake anyone would make. No problem whatsoever.

But the staff and management—especially Tay—were so unbelievably kind and generous. Not only did they replace the mistaken order, but they offered me a complimentary drink while I waited, they kept my order warm in the meantime, and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time.

There isn’t a restaurant in America that you can go to and not experience the occasional mixup. But it is *exceedingly rare to meet a staff anywhere that is so generous, driven to please, thoughtful and kind.

“My wife's favorite chain pizza. I appreciate some of the more unique toppings like old world pepperoni and the meatballs. I do go out of the way and drive to pick it up for the family. Good deals to boot. The occasional slip up like giving you the wrong sauces but all forgivable when the food tastes “

“One of the last places to eat in Eastdale Mall. This place has great food and great prices for a fast grab lunch. The owner was a genuinely nice guy and for 6.99 I got a large slice of meat lovers pizza, chips, and a drink. You can order whole pies or by the slice and he even has soul food on Friday.“

“went today, 7/23/25, a new guy was training on register. he was very kind and seemed to be enjoying the training process.

I ordered the personal pan with fries for lunch and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. the manager was there ensuring proper training and expediting the food properly.

“I ordered a large pepperoni bacon pizza from Marco’s Pizza and… it was so. delicious. The crust was perfect, the cheese was melty, and the bacon had that crispy bite that hit just right. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while.

Even though I came in kind of late, the staff didn’t act annoyed or rushed at all. They actually seemed happy to serve me, like they really gave a damn. Super friendly and respectful, made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. You can tell the team cares and takes pride in what they do. Big shoutout to the crew working that night—y’all crushed it. I’ll definitely be back. - April 4th 2025“
