“went tonight for a hot drink while we walked around downtown, and it was great. I usually get their chai cause I don't like how most places make coffee, but tonight I decided to try their Krampus Latte. Girl I swear it was perfect. Great foam to liquid ratio, the peppermint was a subtle flavor and not overwhelming, and a consistent flavor throughout the whole drink, none of that random oversweetness that I get from other places round here, or that sudden weird texture. it had the same perfect flavor throughout the whole drink, so I can tell they stirred it good and put a lot of care into their coffee. also the service is always pretty good, tho i wouldnt mind if it wasnt, as long as the coffee stays good. I will definitely be coming back every once and a while.“
“The building is so dangerously dark on outside. There are no pole lights or anything. The panera sign from street don't even light up. I'm surprised they even get sales at night. Parking lot was full of customers, mostly teenagers hangout spot. I almost hit a group of them it was so dark. GET SOME LIGHTS.“
“My husband and I went there for the first time and it was awesome! I ordered the shrimp and grits and veggie frittata. He ordered the biscuits and gravy and the western omelette; they were both very delicious! The only reason we gave them a 4 out 5 is because when we got there they were out of potatoes, mimosas, and french toast. I really wanted to try the mimosas. We went at about 12pm today and they close at 2pm. Next time we will try to get there at about 10am so we can try the mimosas and French toast. Overall, we were impressed. Can't wait to go again.“
“I stopped at Cindy’s for a random lunch with zero expectations and I didn’t even read any reviews. This is pretty much what you should expect from a small town dinner. Nothing fancy but you can see lots of local influences in the place. The lunch menu was really small with your standard meat and 3 side options as well as a few sandwiches and a burger. I love small menus because the places with small menus tend to cook everything well because they know what they are cooking. I decided to try a good old fashioned bacon cheeseburger. My expectation was a thin frozen patty so I ordered the double. That was my mistake. I say that in a nice oops sort of way. When the burger came out the patties were super thick and they looked hand formed. I was already enjoying my lunch because the waitress was super nice but seeing the burger really got me excited. I could barely hold the burger in one hand and it took a bit of effort to get a proper bite (that’s a good thing, take notes other places). A single patty would have been plenty but I didn’t let that stop me from enjoying the entire burger?. The fries that came with it were perfectly cooked crinkle fries and the entire lunch really took me back in time. The fact that it was cheaper than going to McDonalds didn’t hurt either. I will say that the patties were a bit over cooked but that’s my personal preference, I like my burgers medium to medium rare. I’m really looking forward to my next visit, I think it will be to check out the diner menu.“
