Birthday dinner for my daughter who works 7 days a week. Upon entry we were pleasantly greeted & seated. She Ordered chicken tenders appetizer. Waited twenty minutes for them...only for there to be ONE(1) fully cooked. Limp when picked up/crunchy/cold in the centers. Mind you there were maybe 6 tables occupied . Called in a to go order15 minutes before closing time last Friday night and surprisingly, the team member who took my order did so without hesitation. She was friendly, patient and understanding that I was starving and on the move. Many restaurant staff members should follow this girls customer service skills and use her as an example on how to treat every customer regardless of the size of their ticket or timing. Hats off to this young lady and her hiring manager.

We had Cortland as a server, and her attention to us was impeccable. Very personable and hospitable to say the least and when she was not attending to us directly, she had someone attend to us. All together friendly service, friendly atmosphere and good food to boot thank you we will be returning again.

On a positive note, another customer had a great experience with a friendly and patient team member who took their to-go order 15 minutes before closing time. The server, Cortland, provided excellent service to another guest, being very personable and hospitable. The food was described as good, and the overall atmosphere was friendly.
