“This place is smacks so hard, great soul food, great, kind and generous people, great prices. Stopped in here on a road trip with my daughter and left with so much food for 25$ we didn't know what to do with. Fried chicken, rice, mac n cheese, turnip, cornbread, all of it was just so good.“

“Good ole southern comfort food! Exactly what we were looking for on a road trip through Alabama. Different food available depending day of week. Close at 4 pm.
I got the butter beans, collard greens, and liver and onions. All of it fantastic.“

“A wonderful meat and two hot bar with mouthwatering choices. Their food is seasoned well and doesn't require a lot of added salt and pepper. The portions are more than enough to fill you up before you're done. The service was very friendly and accommodating. This cafe is done very nicely with their use of nice plates and table settings. We will definitely be back.“
