Our first time at the newer Taco Bell in Prattville. Restaurant was bright, clean, & inviting. Staff was friendly. Food prepared exactly as ordered, all changes made perfectly. Will definitely return.
Great service.
There was a guy with long hair named Will I believe. His customer service was phenomenal. I came through the drive through a couple weeks back and by far the best customer service I’ve received at a drive through in a while. I’ve since came back and dined in. His service was still absolutely outstanding. And he makes the food in a timely manner and always made sure we had what we needed
