If you know crawfish - you can tell when they are cleaned and cooked correctly. I live in another city and make the drive for these. Always just right.
The crawfish was so good and they were a good size also. Everything we ordered from the the crawfish,corn,potatoes and sausage were delicious.
Crawfish have a great flavor, without burning you alive.. but a nice kick at the end.
But they are cooked perfectly.
I have never had crawfish cooked so well that you can actually get the meat out of the claws. (Spouse, Sister, Mom, and Dad agree)
