I order from this location often. I am disappointed to write this review but I have to. My wife is a manly black lesbian. Today she went to pick up her food and the young lady at the cash register refused to take the money from her hand and made her sit it on the counter. when she gave her the change she dropped out on the counter and did not apologize! Horrible customer service. About a month ago, we placed an order online for pickup. When we got home we realized they gave us someone else's order (their name was even on our box). I called back and spoke with a female manager and was told that they couldn't give me a refund since we ordered on the app. They offered to remake it but we didn't have time to go all the way back up there so she said she would link a free pizza to out phone number. NEVER will use them again . Placed a order 6:30 tonight was told 59 minutes until it was ready 7:45 he went up there they told him 20 minutes went back at 8:15 was told hour and a half. You can forget my business for forever!!!
