I always get my order in a timely manner and all employees have been very nice. The store is very clean. The only complaint I have is too much salt on the fries almost every time.
Great clean place to eat!
I go in this restaurant at least threej times a week who's been pretty good but today chicken is dried out was it fitting to eat go back to get some more tell me that's all they have before it's already cooked you could have cooked me some fresh but instead you give me two more pieces that wasn't no better than the first two that I got I mean if this is the way that you're going to treat your regular customers I'm just going to start going up the road to another restaurant and...read full review

Jack's Family Restaurant is a clean restaurant with a very clean dining floor and tables. Employees are nice and work quickly to fill orders, even when the restaurant is busy after church. Service is great, and food comes out hot and fresh. The food and ice cream are wonderful. However, there are some complaints. The fries often have too much salt, and sometimes orders are wrong or missing items, so customers should double-check their order before leaving. Online orders are often not ready on time, with waits of 20 to 40 minutes for fresh chicken pieces. The chicken has also been dried out, and the staff did not offer to cook fresh chicken or ask what was wrong. The quality and quantity of food can vary between locations, but the Elgin restaurant gets it right. One employee, Tina, is amazing and gives great customer service.
