We had to reschedule my son's birthday party at the last minute due to weather and when we tried to order a cookie cake for the new date we were given misinformation by an employee, causing us to not be able to have a cookie cake for his party. My boy was super bombed being that that was the only "cake" that he had requested. Well Brandy, called us back, apologized for the inconvenience and bad information and offered to make him one anyway just to make things right. It absolutely made his day! I've been in management for over 15 years and mistakes are going to happen, but THIS is how you make it right and keep customers coming back! Thank you, Brandy!“
