“The Waffle House in Satsuma is by far the best one I've ever been in. I've been in Waffle Houses all over the state and the atmosphere, the service, the friendliness is always the same regardless of who's working. The food is cooked amazingly fast and accurate but most importantly amazing as you expect it to be at Waffle House. Tonight (2/10/25), Gery was our server and he was awesome! He was so friendly, attentive and deserves a raise along with everyone in there. Keep it up y'all bc you're regulars look forward to coming in to having a little fun while we enjoy a great meal! “The staff were quick and helpful, and the food was delicious! While experimenting with my meal, I found a great combo with the hash browns. When I mentioned it, the waitress recommended a similar dish already on the menu, showing she truly cared about her customers. I’ll definitely be back to try it next time!“

“My experience at this particular location is always great the servers are very kind and the food is really good.. But tonight on Sunday December 19,2021 wasn't their best. I normally get the cheesesteak melt with hashbrowns I ask if they would pretty please leave the bacon with no weight. Unfortunately the food tonight was terrible the hashbrowns were cold in the middle an the bacon looked like beef Jerky ha ha !! However my server told the cook my order correctly an was very kind an helpful.. I normally don't complain but I always get great service here .. I hope their better next time!! Thank you Merry Christmas“
