“An enjoyable stop for a quality beignet and coffee. I like the ability to select how much chicory (or none) I want in my coffee. As everyone knows, coffee & chicory go hand-in-hand with beignets. Plenty of on-street parking and easy on/off access to I-10 if driving through Mobile and looking for a place for a snack and to stretch out.“
“This little gem is worthy of going out of your way to find. The owner is very friendly, and provides a personal touch, and a proper dining experience. The food is incredible, with good portions and some of the best baclava anywhere. We had grouper and it was fresh and perfectly prepared with a lemon sauce. We also got the lasagna for a totally different taste, and it was as good as anywhere, better than most, served on angel hair pasta. Prices are quite reasonable, especially for the types of meals offered.“

“Driving thru I-65 and found this cafe thru a Google search. We like to find places to eat that are not part of a chain. My hubs and I both ordered shrimp poorboy platters. It was deeeee-licious! Lots of shrimp served with hot fries. The restaurant was clean. Table tops cleared and wiped down. Plenty of seating. Bluesy Music not too loud. The lady at the counter was very pleasant. Trash was emptied. Bathroom were clean and properly stocked. There's pride in this little restaurant!“

“I always have the fish and grits breakfast. It's always hot, fast, and very fairly priced. Coffee is as good as restaurant coffee gets. Employees and customers are a melting pot of cultures, but at Roshell's, everyone is family. I'm a big tipper, and everyone here gets a piece of the actionBut, they would treat me the same even if I didn't tip at all. If I'm anywhere near early in the morning, this is the place that gets my business. I'm very committed to small businesses, and this place has earned my trade. Everyone here hustles!!!“

“This place is jam-packed during lunch with a line outside of the door. I didn't order off of the hot bar. I have a phobia of things sitting out even if it's inclosed. I ordered a seafood plate. It didn't take as long as I thought that it would consider the number of people. I kinda skipped the line after waiting a bit. Suggestion There are 2 women working the front. One fixing plates off the hot bar and the other ringing up the customer. Some people are undecided or getting more than o e plate fixed. They should have 2 lines, and if the person on the register was taking orders and payments to people having orders placed, then it would cut down on as much waiting. The food was good and the staff could smile and be more inviting. ?“

“First time visiting, but it won't be the last! The shrimp are nice in size, like you fried them yourself. These are definitely not frozen. The ladies were super nice and the service was fast. I had the two fish fillets and 10 shrimp with fries and a side of hush puppies. It was delicious.“

“This is the hidden diamond of a cafe! Tucked away in the back of Virginia's Health Food, it's about a 10~15 seat restaurant that serves only whole foods. As I browsed the menu, my mouth was watering and I couldn't makeup my mind. I wanted everything at once. I was greeted by a smiling hostess who was so chill. I ordered 2 main dishes to go. The wait is rather long but healthy food is worth it. Completely flavorful and fresh. It was the perfect way to end my workout next door at PF.“
