“What makes Subway shine is the deals they have. Sure, some of their staff can be a little grumpy or seem detached from the service they are providing, but many of them are good at what they do and have positive people skills. Back to the deals; the code FLBOGO creates a value worth visiting and revisiting. There are several other deals, too, that are readily available for use and can be found with a simple Google search. Keep up the excellent work.As a footnote: for those who focus on the negatives in life, please be patient. The rest of us are trying very hard to catch up with you. God bless“

“So I went to Subway this evening for dinner and I must say, I loved the lady working there. She was very kind and friendly. I was kind of concerned for her wondering if she ever gets any help because she has to make sandwiches and ring customers out but her humbling response was, it’s not that bad, she’s worked at busier locations. Also, the sandwiches she fixed were delicious. She definitely should be recognized for her Wonderful Customer Service! You’re amazing girly!“

“I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I don't like that we tip the cashiers.
Maybe it's not required, but I don't think we should be asked. The cashier is right there and knows whether we tip and how much. It is awkward to put no tip.
I always tip servers at least 15%. They are going back and forth to our table, checking that the food is good, if we need anything, etc.“
