“The Waffle House in Satsuma is by far the best one I've ever been in. I've been in Waffle Houses all over the state and the atmosphere, the service, the friendliness is always the same regardless of who's working. The food is cooked amazingly fast and accurate but most importantly amazing as you expect it to be at Waffle House. Tonight (2/10/25), Gery was our server and he was awesome! He was so friendly, attentive and deserves a raise along with everyone in there. Keep it up y'all bc you're regulars look forward to coming in to having a little fun while we enjoy a great meal! “This is the only McDonald's I've been to that just about always has my order correct. Service is always with a smile. Food is Fresh and in a timely fashion! It's not all kids working and running the bussiness. The younger adults I've encountered there were trained properly I assume because their actions show and tell that whomever did the hiring paid attention to details like representation of the establishment. BRAVO👏 great job. 1st in customer service out of at least 50 establishments I've been in!”

“Wow! This place is a hidden gem! We were seated without any wait, by the chef himself. Our server was not just friendly, she took the time to chat with us. We ordered the Oyster Sampler to start and they are not lying when they say their Chargrilled Oysters are famous! Definitely our favorite, but the others were delicious as well. Then we ordered the broiled JO Platter with a house salad and fried okra. The salad was so fresh with their house made ranch and croutons. So delicious, I couldn’t stop eating it! We had to get their bread pudding to go because we were so full, but our server told us the best way to serve it. Can’t wait to try it! The service was absolutely fantastic! Wish we had one of these in Atlanta!!”

Expert in coffee, food, great customer service -while also a master in bargain shopping. Loved his energy and personality! The young lady taking my order was friendly and had a wonderful smile and great customer service. The young man making my coffee spoke to me and was genuinely nice and made an amazing iced latte. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast wrap- all delicious and hot! Clean location. Relaxing. 10/10 recommend! The staff made this location! Again, 10/10 recommend!
