“Excellent experience. They were very crowded, but the service was fast and friendly. They didn’t seem phased by my confusing and specific order, too, which was a plus. I drink decaf and I’m keto but wanted something sweet, so I ordered a decaf iced latte with part half and half and part unsweetened almond milk and sf moka. It tasted great!“

“We Had the most Wonderful experience because of two employees. Renee (the manager) started us out with stickers for Zac that just made him sooo happy, then she helped him figure out the perfect drink (which is now his new Favorite). Then Samatha (who made his drink) wrote a kind, happy note on his cup which completed his Wonderful Day. We had such a happy time talking about how nice these two ladies were. We recommend everyone stop by this Starbucks!“
“never had any issues with this Starbucks! gets busy when there's big events happening downtown, but doesn't any restaurant? pretty sure it started to mainly serve the Trustmark building so they're really not that big! doing great <3“

“Very laid-back friendly customer service. There are so many different choices and so many different ways you can make a coffee I never know what to order. The bistros there are extremely helpful in the process of helping me make decisions on which new drink I want to try next! THE PINK FRINK CHANGED MY LFE!!!!!“
“Never had an issue with them, even when they get busy and crowded. Only downside is you can be waiting in line for around 15 mins during busy hours because it's the only Starbucks on campus. Service has always been great and my coffee orders have always been accurate.“

“So I went through the drivethru today about 3pm & ordered my son, who is 5, a CREAM BASED double chocolate-y chip Frappuccino... or, at least, I asked for a cream based �� Now, 8:00 at night he is STILL bouncing off the walls �� I think you guys are to blame on this one.“

“They are getting alot better in the last few months. The employees are alot more friendly now than in the past. They also smile more, have friendly energy in their voices, and say "Thank you" and "have a nice day". I love that they've added an extra drive thru line. They also get orders more correctly nowadays and make sure the proper condiments are there with every meal. Keep this energy up!“

“Ordered fries with no salt, and they were hot and delicious! Also got the fish sandwich, which was good too . Customer service while ordering and paying was nonexistent, it was like she was displeased for us to be interrupting her day, lady at the second window was very pleasant, need more like her.“

“I was passing through your office town and placed an online order. I didn’t realize there were two locations on this road and accidentally placed my order at the wrong one. The lady working the front at 9:45 was so friendly and helpful even though they were very busy.“

“There is an obvious discrepancy between each franchised operation across the McDonald's landscape. Most experiences in this area are completely unpredictable. Most places have employees that don't care and are rude, most places are always out of something, get something wrong, or the food is questionable. HOWEVER, this particular location is awesome! The workers were friendly and helpful, the food came out fast and perfect! I was so impressed. I would hope in the future, that McDonald's corporation would send out people to experience these things and do something about it. Every McDonald's should be as reliable as the next. I should be able to order the same menu item in 6 locations and it be the same. That is the whole idea isn't it?! Other McDonald's would do well to take notes from this location.“
