Based on the reviews, Hardee’s has great customer service and good food. The employees are described as incredible, amazing, polite, and sweet. A manager provided extra service by loading up a cinnamon roll with more frosting after a complaint. One specific meal mentioned is a blue berry biscuit, which was suggested by an employee. However, the work environment can be negative when a manager is ranting and raving at the employees. Customers will return if that manager is not on duty.
