Fast Food Restaurants near Southside

“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“Stopped by from Oklahoma for a few days and we can’t stop eating at this place. It is SO GOOD we got to the speaker and they were very nice and lets me tell me order with ease and got everything right!!! And thanks for the extra butter!! Only a 4 star on service because we got 1 fork instead of 2“

“They have had a problem with enough employees. Up until the last few months, all was great. It was hit or missed getting a correct order. The last 2 times, everything was correct. I just make sure I check my order before i leave the parking lot.“

“We just moved here from a town that only had a Taco Bell and after moving to Southside, reading the reviews, I decided I wouldn't even bother. But I did today and my food was fantastic! Tacos stuffed full, my Mexican Pizza was loaded, and my daughter's Cantina Bowl was filled to the brim. Hope it continues.“

“I ordered a pretzel online from the Subway in Glencoe, for whatever reason they couldn't make one. So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!“

“The food, the service, and the atmosphere are what you would expect from a Whataburger. I do think they were short staffed with only two people working so the food took a bit longer than usual, but I was in no hurry and it came out perfectly anyways.“

“I have always loved their chicken. But tonight I tried the chicken sandwich. It was AWFUL. Had some pink sauce on it, which sucked. But the chicken itself had way too much breading, so it was extra greasy. And it cost $3.99. Fail! I also noticed a significant price increase from my last visit. 4 piece combo now $9.19.“

“biscuits aren't any good, the chicken is over cooked, smells from the exhaust fan on roof stink up the parking lot. after this review the owner reached out to me . he asked questions, and genuinely cares about what people think. he let me know they have other specialty items on the menu. we tried there street tacos, they were delicious. my mind and opinion of this place are forever changed. if you have a chance you should give them a chance for your business“

“My family and I stopped here after a long day and let me say I was very pleased!! The service was top notch, food was super fresh! Although there was a customer acting like a Karen, the employees were super professional and on top of it!! We will definitely be back here soon!!“
