It never fails every time I go there they mess up the order somehow whether it not be putting the items in the bag or it’s just completely wrong. Will not be coming back to this location!!!!
Went there early this morning to pick up a DoorDash order and the blond girl told me that I would have to call the customer because they broke the frosty machine down. Ok that was fine. I'm used to that after a certain time. I then pull up and wait for over 5 minutes and then she tells me that she isn't making the order at all because she is cleaning up and wants to go home, so I tell her that it's 12:30 and they close at 1 and she repeats that she is cleaning and wants to go...read full review
The rude lady working the drive thru did not say one word to me when I got to the window, she gave me my frostys, I sat there she said “do you need something” I sad I didn’t know if I was done. She said you got your frostys didn’t you? I said I thought you could say something, and then slammed the door in my face. Apparently this lady is the manager which is even worse.
