“We came all the way from Texas because my wife wanted gizzards and liver. Because she likes them from here a lot. Once we arrived at 8:00pm the tall skinny dark guy said they were out and they would not make anymore. We asked to speak to the manager . Some young man with blood curly hair came out to speak with us. We told him we really wanted fried gizzards and liver. He was so friendly and helped us without hesitation. I believe his name was Ethan. Thank you Ethan for serving us 👏👏. You deserve a raise. 😊😊. And for the other guy he seems to be in a rush to leave. Find a job in something you like. Apparently this one is not for you.”

“We have been here a few times and it’s usually good. But why most Mexican restaurants seem to cook steak very well, El Patron does not seem to know how. I ordered the steak and shrimp, I told the waitress I wanted my steak rare (usually it’s always med rare when I say this.) but this steak was fully cooked and no flavor and the shrimp was over cooked (rubbery) the steamed vegetables had no flavor they were bland and for some reason they add fries which are not seasoned. You don’t get any sauces, and no salad or anything. Truly a boring dish, and definitely a disappointing meal.”

Our server was friendly, and fast plus the other staff who helped with our food order. This store was clean on the inside and outside. “First time getting Jacks for breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the breakfast wrap, which was decent, definitely more than edible. The hash rounds are where it's at though. They were hot, crispy and you get a quite large serving. I got lemonade and it's a bit more sweet than sour, but still good. The staff was very pleasant and polite.”
