This is an update. My last visit 5 days ago was a little different than my 1st.
I went back because they had a delicious drink ...keylime-colada....they no longer serve it. I sure had my hopes up for that, had a driver so I could enjoy it without having to drive home, very disappointed.
Then our server wasn't that great at her job. We had to go find her or request our order, service wasn't good. The food is still kickin though. Blackened shrimp is what I recommend and firecracker fries”

“As always, Hardee's has great biscuits! The staff was friendly. The coffee is good. The location is convenient. It's at the intersection of Highway 31 and Gulf Shores Parkway. Hardee's has the best rating of the fast-food breakfast stops in Bay Minette, Alabama. I enjoyed the steak biscuit.”

“Monday November 7, 2022. I don't know who the waitress or the cook was on this night at approximately 10:20 p.m. I came in and ordered my food and she called it out to the cook. I was assuming that he was preparing my food since it was only two people in the restaurant. I walked outside to take a phone call and 10 minutes later another guy pulls up. About 5 minutes after that I go inside and signal to the waitress about my food. She said it was almost up. Well the guy who pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes after I was out there on the phone, gets his food and was eating already and I still haven't gotten mine. I know that he didn't pre-order because this Waffle House NEVER answer the phone and he was at the bar sitting down eating his food. But when I get an attitude the waitress looks at me all funny and says that our order came up at the same time. I told her I ordered 10 minutes before he even pulled up. So basically the crew tonight with the exception of the other waitress, were sorry. And, she (the waitress) was there sitting with her, I assumed boyfriend who doesn't work there, instead of making sure her customer was taken care of.”

“Getting a quick bite to eat is not, we used the app several times to get our order done ahead of getting there to eat in (about .25-.30 out) and every single time we had to wait until after we arrived and asked for them to start making our order, we even noticed many people getting there and order after we arrived and get their food before us, looks like the app is not very functional if you're in a time constraint, best thing to do is order at the drive through, get your food and come inside to eat.”

“The service is slow but reliable, the atmosphere less good than it was a few years ago, but the food noticeably improved from Sonic’s dry and distasteful old menu. Drinks are great, but a friend had a disturbing experience when he ordered a chocolate milkshake. He literally had to chuck the thing after inspecting it. Smash burger is good, but staff repeatedly changes. Decent.”
