“I am absolutely amazed by this Chic-fil-A. I had a large order for pickup through the drive thru. One of the 20-ish items was prepared incorrectly. We had pulled over in the parking lot to check our food and just ourselves had noticed the issue. The manager of this store (Michael) called me before I left the parking lot to A) apologize and B) to inform and correct the issue. I was flabbergasted. This is why I love Chic-Fil-A. Extremely good service! Michael deserves his flowers for being an outstanding employees and steward of the Chic-Fil-A mindset. Bravo!“
