Based on the reviews, Jack's Family Restaurant has mixed experiences. The food is often good and always top notch, with some locations being the best. Employees can be helpful, quick, and sweet, with a fast drive thru line. However, the atmosphere is horrible with dirty tables and awful drinks. The drive thru has long waits for fresh frys that tasted old, gross, and cold. Some orders are wrong, and the app does not connect, causing 20 or 30 minute waits. Help can be unqualified, and some customers will not go again.
