“The staff here are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I stopped by THE EDGE after work, hoping to find some late-night food. I ended up grabbing a bite at THE QUE*BICLE (seriously, their wings and mac and cheese are amazing!). While looking for a place to sit, I wandered into Corbeau Wine Bar and met their incredible team. They noticed I had my food and invited me to sit on their patio, which was warmer and way more comfortable than where I was before. They didn’t have to do that, but they went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. That’s when I met Kay, one of the waitresses, who took the time to tell me all about the drinks they offer and the idea behind the space. She was so warm and friendly, and it felt like she genuinely cared about creating a great experience. By the time I left, I wasn’t just full—I was reminded that there are still places where people go out of their way to show kindness and connect. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a moment I won’t forget. Amazing people, amazing vibes—I’ll definitely be back!“

“Great food! Great Atmosphere! The staff is attentive and ready. The establishment is reasonably sized beautifully decorated has free onsite parking. The drinks were good and the wings were tasty. We will definitely stop by again when we're in Birmingham.

“This place is so so good! I go here almost every month and I am obsessed. The food is SO delicious and the service is even better. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food I definitely recommend!! The atmosphere is perfect for a peaceful lunch or dinner. The side grocery is also a nice addition. Wish I had a picture of the food I got!“
