Came to Arbys at 9:45pm, tried to order multiple things they were out of.
Sweet tea, ice cream machine was down, the new Mac and cheese, and so I ordered 4 different sandwiches they said they could make.
One being a French Dip.
Waited 15 minutes for my order to be made.
Checked my bag because I’ve left with missing items before. Seen I didn’t have the Auju that comes with the sandwich waited another 5 for someone to help me while still in the drive through....read full review
