“The Bama/Arkansas game was going on. Was an online order, so we didn't stay long. I do try and enjoy the Establishment at least once a month from one of their three locations.Parking: They have limited space, but it's on a college campus. So must folks go in and out fast. Those that sit got a b it more time to kill.“
“I went to arbys today for lunch. After I had ordered and got to the window I realized I didn’t have my debit card on me nor did I have any cash on me. I let the girl at the window know and apologized and her reply was “you some money or something?” And I was like “I don’t have any cash but is there a way to punch my card # in because I knew it by heart.” She left and a man came to the window to ask me what happened. So I told him the whole spill. This man ended up being the manager, John, (I didn’t know till after I came back to pay and asked) and he told me they had to have the card but he was going to let me take my meal and when I could come back to pay I could pay then. I went back to work and got my card and came back to pay. When I showed back up he said “you didn’t have to come back immediately.” This man was SO NICE to me and I am so thankful for what he did for me today!“
“At the moment I am on a walker, I went in to use the restroom. I was going back to the drive-thru to get my food but I stopped at the counter to look and see. The young lady at the cash register insisted that I ordered in save time and she would take my food out for me. There was more to this but let me say it has been a long time since I have experienced such great customer service. I believe. Jennifer was her name. One other young lady open the door for me to get in and out.“
