“The dining area of the store could benefit from improved cleanliness and maintenance, particularly concerning areas such as baseboards, corners, and overall sweeping.
However, the focus on providing fresh food during slower times is excellent and executed effectively here. I prefer waiting six minutes for freshly prepared chicken during off-peak hours over getting older chicken in just one minute. The food is consistently very fresh, so please continue this practice!“
“The Alabaster, AL Arby's was great.
The food was good, the service was excellent & the atmosphere was CLEAN. I shared my 2nd BOGO roast beef sandwich with 2 stray kitty cats hiding in the bushes outside. If you're ever in the area, they would probably appreciate a snack, a hug & possibly a forever home. 😻🙀
