Arby's in Birmingham

“Such amazing workers! I am a door dasher and had an order from this Arby’s and the staff was so so kind. Two of the women working the cashier area & getting the orders ready were particularly kind. I couldn’t appreciate their hospitality more! This is definitely one of my best doordash pick up experiences from a fast food chain!“

“We chose this restaurant to pick up some later in the evening food after arriving at our hotel. The young lady that took our order was pleasant and our order was accurate. We even got all of our food which unfortunately doesn't happen all that often. I had to drive around and wait as did some other vehicles. I assume due to the spacing of the drive-thru which was fine since I ended up going inside and ordering something else for my great-granddaughter that I knew she would like. The parking lot was small and not in the best shape but getting in and out was easy enough for the time I was there (after 8pm on a Sunday).“

“My husband and I have our breakfast here every morning. The sausage biscuits are absolutely delicious….and 2 for $3 dollars can’t be beat. This morning we got the French Toast Stix and holy smokes. They were perfection! Karyme rang us up and she is always so pleasant, welcoming and has a calming presence. Thanks Arby’s for having us over for breakfast every morning! 😂 The food is great but the team is what makes it feel so special.“

“My boys and I were passing through on our way home to Mississippi when we dropped in to eat. The lady immediately helped us with the menu favorites and the guys helped make sure our food was perfectly made...(my teens are picky). I'm sad that I will probably never see these employees again since we are out of town but if you are local please stop in and tell them how much we appreciated their kindness. “I was starving and didn't eat Lunch and was in Irondale headed to a Nail Appointment and decided to stop for a quick bite and saw that they had a 3 for $5 deal. I got the Chicken Slider, Ranch Chicken Wrap, and Small Curly Fries and added on a Strawberry Lemonade. Everything was fresh and delicious and very filling and the staff was nice and quick with my Food. I will definitely stop by this location again when in the Area.“

“So this one's a little different. This review is strictly on their bathroom after visiting several establishments trying to find a bathroom that was operational. This Arby's was a nice surprise how clean it was, the restaurant itself was very clean I didn't try any food but you know Arby's they got the meat so I would like to give this place just a shout out for having a great bathroom that was clean“

“The person at the counter, Renee, was a breath of fresh air. It is rare these days to see a smiling face and friendly attitude.
She was helpful with questions about the menu.
